These are: The person who submits to us the new product idea (Intellectual Property, thereafter "IP") must be either the inventor or owner or exclusive representative of the IP (thereafter "IP Owner".) The IP must be either an issued or potentially new Utility Patent (not a Design Patent.) A patent search report completed by a licensed attorney or patent agent is required. If the patent has issued, it must be less than two (2) years old. The IP Owner must agree and be comfortable with the "Win-Win" principle. That is, the IP Owner, broker(s) and investors must all gain a fair reward from the commercialization of the IP in exchange for their contributions; otherwise why should anyone bother.It is understood that in the beginning the IP Owner has 100% ownership of an IP having zero income; however, if the IP were to be commercialized, then the IP Owner most likely will have a rather small percentage of a successful enterprise, possibly worth millions.
